Hello, my name is Andrés, I’m 40 years old, and I live in La Teja, a neighborhood in Montevideo, Uruguay. I work as a truck driver for one of the hardware store companies with the most franchises in the country, a job that allows me to travel through different areas and experience everyday life from a close perspective. My greatest passion is cooking. Cooking is one of the things I enjoy the most, and I always try to share that passion with the people around me. I also love soccer, although this year, because of work responsibilities, I haven’t been able to play as much as I would have liked. My goals and personal values in life are simple: to be happy, enjoy what I do no matter where I am, help the people closest to me, and show others that no one is truly alone. In short, I try to enjoy life while helping others along the way. Through CITY EXPLORER, I’ll be sharing views of Montevideo and nearby areas. You’ll get to see places that are not usually considered tourist destinations, but that truly reflect the essence of my country. I’ll also show you the routes and places I visit while delivering tools across different neighborhoods and cities. During my live streams, you’ll meet the people of Uruguay, their culture, and many of the colorful characters who are part of my everyday life.
