Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use City Explorer. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t stream, post, or transmit content that is:

• Unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).
• Harassing, threatening, or that incites violence against individuals or groups.
• Sexually explicit, or that depicts or exploits minors in any way.
• Spam, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or organisation.
• Designed to circumvent platform security, rate limits, or moderation.

Streaming, recording, or chat behaviour we judge to be a breach of these rules may result in stream takedown, account suspension, or permanent termination.

3. Objectionable content & moderation

City Explorer has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. To keep the community safe:

• Chat and other user-generated content pass through automated filtering for abusive language.
• Every piece of user-generated content can be reported in-app (long-press a chat message, or use the report option on a profile).
• You can block any user. Blocking hides their content from you immediately and notifies our moderation team.
• Our team reviews every report within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules, and ejects the user responsible.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you broadcast, post, or upload. By submitting content to the Service you grant City Explorer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Payments

Donations and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Donations route in full to the receiving streamer’s Stripe Connect account, minus Stripe’s processing fee; City Explorer takes no platform fee on donations. Subscriptions are subject to a platform fee disclosed at checkout. Refunds are handled case by case through support@cityexplorer.live.

6. Termination

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. Deletion is irreversible — your profile, streams, chat history, and follower graph are removed and cannot be recovered. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Explorer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
